  • All items will be shipped out within 1~3 business days once the order has been processed.

  • Delivery Time is about 2-5 business days for all order within the United States of America ​


  • Returns must be made within 10 days of the delivery day

  • Returns must be approved by Ninadimplez before shipment

  • Returned items must be in original condition, and contain both the original parts and packaging

  • Returns should be sent postpaid. (Exchanges will be made after the original product is returned and the re-shipping cost is paid)

  • The returning shipping fee will only be reimbursed when the return or exchange is a result of our error or damaged merchandise and when only the fee does not exceed 50% of the total amount of the product. Make sure to choose the slowest or cheapest shipping option. (If even the slowest or cheapest shipping option exceeds the amount of the requirement, please consult with us before making the shipment)

  • If you received free shipping on your order but return said order, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. 


  • To make a return request, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. In your message, please include your order number, the products you wish to return, and why. Once we approve your request, we will supply you with our returns address.

  • Note: NinaDimplez is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments for returning packages. If this worries you, a tracking number and insurance would be a good investment.


  • Once your return is received, we will process your refund. From here, we will either accept or reject your return and email you with our decision. If we have determined that your return meets the requirements above, you will be refunded the cost of the item minus shipping costs.

Note: Any items that were bought discounted or through promotions are not eligible for refunds.


  • REFUND or RESHIPMENT will not be made if the delivery was failed due to the incorrect or insufficient address provided for shipping. 

  • The outer case/box is simply for protecting goods. (Damages such as scratches or discoloration on the case/box cannot be compensated


  • Cancellation/Change request must be requested immediately after receiving the email confirmation. If you changed your mind and decided not to proceed with your order or if you would like to make a change in your order, make sure to contact us immediately with your order number.

  • Pre orders can not be canceled.

  • Please note that international shipping is expensive and involves many custom fees for some countries, therefore, we recommend you to check your cart and the shipping information carefully to avoid cancellation and return requests otherwise you will need to pay round trip shipping fees and possible customs fees.


  • when you have a preorder item in an order with another item that is already available, your entire order will be held until the preorder item arrives and is in stock (Items are not sent separately within the same order)
